LINTON'S COTTAGES are located on a 22-acre private tract of undeveloped land, stretching from the beach on sparkling Long Bay on the Atlantic side, to the scenic Black Sound Harbour, a short walk inland down a private path.  The cottages offer complete privacy in peaceful, natural surroundings.  Designed and maintained for quintessential, casual island life.

SEAGRAPE COTTAGE


With two bedrooms and one bath, Seagrape comfortably sleeps four guests with one king size bed and two twin beds.  A spacious living/dining room and separate, self-contained, well equipped kitchen offer plenty  of living space.  The outdoor picnic table and grill make evneing cookouts a great option. 

   

PALMETTO COTTAGE

The Palmetto, a two-bedroom, one-bath cottage comfortably accommodates four, with one king size bed and two twins, separated by a bathroom with entry from either side.  Private wooden steps provide easy beach access, and a shaded rope hammock or isolated sunning area is available for completely private outdoor relaxation.  A short walk - or golf cart ride (favorite mode of island transportation) - across the property, provides access to our private dock, where you can moor your own boat or rental.

One of the Bahamas' most beautiful and secluded out islands, surrounded by pristine beaches and turquoise-colored flats.  Protected by the third-largest barrier reef in the world, Green Turtle is a tropical paradise, easily accessible from South Florida.
